I found that my Silly Shells wobbled and didn't seal the best when using the intended bungee string gasket. This made sniper shells pretty useless as they had no repeatable accuracy. This is a printable gasket to replace the original string seal.
It has very important print settings as if you print it solid or with the wrong infill it will not be able to flex enough to slot in place.
Made for 0.4 mm nozzle, 95A TPU, 0.2 mm layer height. Random seam location may help as well.
You will probably have to sink the gasket into the print bed to thin it out enough to fit a shell. I sunk it down by 0.4mm and it fits well, but you will likely have to try a few times to get it right. Use the print settings below, the important ones are highlighted orange.
