I wanted a soldering iron station that was built on the Gridfinity project.
The Gridfinity base and soldering iron bit holders in picture are other projects, not related to or part of this remix.
The bearing holder is attached with M3 x 10mm screws and can adjust to hold the iron from the angle shown in the picture to a vertical position. If people have smaller bearings laying around, simply print a sleeve to fill the empty space.
Printed on Prusa MK4S, and bearing is meant to press in. If you have tolerance issues with other projects, consider printing bearing adapter at 101% scale. Since the bearing arms fit on the outside of the fork on the base, slight changes to scale should be fine.
