It's a bit deeper, and shorter, I also trimmed the sides some so it can be removed for cleaning - there ought to be some wiggle room between the tray and the insert.
Printed with 0.15 layer height, but 0.2 should work just as well.
Although I haven't done it yet, it's also suggested to coat with a thin layer of clear or white resin to smooth out layer lines and make the tray easier to clean/remove paint.
