I wanted a simple solution to carry my bike lock on the carrier, quicker and more elegant than the bungees I used otherwise.
I designed this around my bike rack and my U lock:
.Decathlon Elops 520 (the carrier looks identical on the Elops 120 and 540)
carrier external dimensions: 475 x 135 mm
rod diameter: 10mm
.Standers “175 x 320 mm diameter 16 mm”
U external dimensions: 140 x 280 mm diameter 19 mm
Print the stl file 3 or 4 times, PLA seems good enough, set your print to make it sturdy,
it needs support BUT don't support bridges (otherwise the zip ties ducts will be plugged)
The holders snaps on the carrier, secure them with 2 small zip ties for each (4mm wide)
they can still slide with mine
Thread your lock into the holders, lock it and go !
