Here's a cable holder for modular synth that has a bit of a lip to hold the cables from falling out, as well having strong structural support.
Prints as two pieces in order to have the features be as strong as they can be.

I use supports for the "top" piece since there is a small lip towards the edge that joins the bottom piece.
Once the pieces print they should friction fit nicely, but a bit of epoxy or CA glue should be used to keep them together permanently.
