Could theoretically be scaled up or down but was designed to fit with some crafting hinges and a latch I had knocking about. If you want to add the shelves, you can merge the shelf holders with the main model. Also included are the hinge gaps that I subtracted from the main model an doors. Door needs cutting down the middle if you want two doors (as in the photos) or you could just had it as a more traditional lid.
I used @Traisen_2627185 Heavy Door Knocker model for the door handles in my photos.
