This replaces the right printhead cover, and has mounting holes for a generic ADXL345 accelerometer. M3 brass threaded inserts are recommended for the mounting holes. UPDATE: I have wired up and tested the accelerometer but the Core One's firmware doesn't seem to recognize it for phase stepping. Perhaps some adjustments in the firmware code would fix this but I have decided to use Prusa's accelerometer instead. This model may still be useful in the future if someone was to port Klipper to the Core One.
