Goal
This adapter aims to enhance the otherwise flat surface of the dormakaba Compact Reader 91 12 by providing tactile features that improve accessibility, including:
- 8-dot Braille
- Numbers and letters
- Grid lines between the actual touch buttons
Printing & Assembly
Prints in 5 parts: This design eliminates the need for any support structures. It has been tested with PETG.
Easy Assembly: No tools or glue are required. Simply:
- Push the three parts with the numbers and letters through the corresponding holes of the main body from the back.
- Slide the last piece through the hole of the main body behind the bottom lettering to secure it in place.
- Finally, push the entire adapter over the reader.
Note: Ensure there is about 2 cm of space underneath the reader to accommodate the bottom inscription.
