I wanted to upgrade my quad's headlights and indicators from the originals to these:
- HIGHSIDER pro Headlight Dual-Stream Next LED
https://www.highsider.de/produkt/highsider-dual-stream-next-led-scheinwerfer/ - Kellermann Rhombus S Dark LED indicator
https://www.kellermann-online.com/en/detail/63f6cbf5cc884191a3c90f0d9ebbd953
So I started learning (Free)CAD and designed a new mount to replace the originals. The goal was to install everything according to strict German regulations, taking into account the distance between headlights, between headlights and indicators, the visibility of the indicators, etc. I spent many hours printing about six test versions and digging through tutorials and regulations to finally print and mount this version on my quad. If anyone has the same model/brand and is interested in doing it, feel free to try it out.

Connecting/Attach mount
- insert the indicator wire through the indicator box (remember to put on the nut before the wire was threaded through the hole in the cutout)
- tighten the indicator
- thread the wire through the indicator box into the main body hole and through the main body wire holes until it comes out in the back for securing it with zip ties
- connect both parts together with a M3x18 screw and M3 nut (keep nut in place with some pliers)
- attach the headlight holder to the whole in the main body and secure it with the screw and nut from the HIGHSIDER headlight (keep nut in place with some pliers)
- lightly screw in the headlight itself (needs to be adjusted later)
- It should look like the assembled picture now
- Screw off the original headlight holder (2 screws) + unplug the cables
- Attach the new headlight holder with the original screws (and optionally with a zip tie through the upper hole to secure it to the frame above the mounting)
- Connect all electric wiring and cleanup cables using zip ties (if you have detailed questions regarding the wiring, just ask)
