3d model of popular 8" inspection hatch avalible on amazon or aliexpess. Made only as reference, you could probably add threads an print the entire thing, but as it only costs ~15 USD i dont really see why. Also included are screw backers if you want to mount it on any thin material.
IMPORTANT, you need to grease the goring to make it entirely waterproof.
