I got tired of continuously looking for the dongle for my Trust GXT 1230 Muta game controller, as the manufacturer failed to provide a storage option for it. The bracket is simply screwed (2x) into the bottom part of the gamepad (see in the photos)
It can be either screwed onto the plastic body (drilling is optional) or glued e.g. with double sided tape.
make sure to check there's no circuitry close to the plastic shell when adapting this to other controllers!
The bracket fits any standard USB-A terminal. Included is an STL + the source project made in FreeCAD should you need to modify.
