Welcome to the world of perfect lighting! This model isn't just a housing, it's an entire modular system designed for 10mm LED strips, allowing you to create unique lighting setups. With a thoughtful design and four different diffusers, you can customize the light for any mood or interior.

Key Features

Modular Design: The system consists of straight sections (5, 10, 20 cm) and corner modules (5, 10 cm), allowing you to easily create any configuration, from short under-cabinet lights to long lighting runs.

Dimensions: The housing measures 17.4 mm in height, 33.5 mm in width, with a base width of 17 mm.

Secure Tongue and Groove Joint: The use of a tongue and groove joint ensures a precise and strong connection between two parts, guaranteeing structural integrity and a seamless appearance.

Two Mounting Options: Each section is available in two versions: with a solid base for mounting with double-sided tape and with 4mm holes for secure screw-based installation.

Optimized for 3D Printing: The maximum section length of 20 cm allows you to print multiple elements at once, saving time.

Power Injection Option: End sections feature a special slot for optional power injection, which is crucial for long lighting systems to prevent voltage drop.

Four Unique Diffusers

This is the main highlight of this model! Each of the four diffusers creates its own unique lighting effect:

Classic Diffuser: Creates a soft, uniform, diffused light with no visible diode hotspots. Perfect for main or task lighting.

Hexagonal: Gives the light a modern "honeycomb" texture, creating a dynamic and interesting pattern.

"Vyshyvanka": This unique pattern, inspired by traditional Ukrainian ornaments, adds both aesthetic and cultural value to your lighting.

Geometric: Creates a complex, multi-faceted pattern that adds a dynamic feel to the light output.

3D Printing Recommendations

Material: 

It is recommended to use PLA plastic for both the housing and the diffusers. For best results, be sure to dry the filament well before printing to avoid "cobwebbing."

Layer Height: 

0.16–0.2 mm for the housing and 0.1–0.16 mm for the diffusers to capture fine details in the patterns.

Infill: 

15-20% for the housing and 100% for the diffusers for better light transmission.

Additional Tips:

To make the seams between the diffusers less visible, it is recommended to sand the joints with sandpaper. After printing, do not remove the diffusers immediately; allow them to cool completely on the print bed to prevent warping.
