The print consists of four parts, two for the rotor (picture 1+2) and two for the stator (picture 3+4). The base plate (picture 3) is designed for the fan motor of an air fryer but the .stp file can be edited to whatever you need. The hole for the rod on the motor is 6mm but can also be adjusted to your needs. The siren outputs its main tone with a frequency of about 400 Hz at 50Hz rotational frequency, eight times the rotational frequency.
The print from the model “Siren_flimsy.stp” needs support and is kinda flimsy. The pictures with the yellow rotor are from the flimsy print. The print from the model “Siren.stp” is more sturdy and can be printed without support material. The one withthe blue rotor is the sturdy one and in this case mounted on a crappy hand crank I made but did not include in the .stp files because it is so crappy😅🙈.
