This system of guards protects both sticks, the switches, buttons and wheels on the top of the radio, as well as the screen, all incorporated into one neat fitting unit when locked together.

Installation is simple. Install one Stick & Switch guard on the radio by moving the stick out of the way and maneuvering the guard over the switches on the top of the radio. Once the radio stick is pressed into the center, it locks in with a satisfying CLICK telling you that the device is locked in place. Then, install the screen guard by sliding the tip of the bar into the opening in the switch guard. Finally the other Stick & Switch guard is installed, and with another satisfying CLICK, the whole assembly is locked into place.

---------------------Printing---------------------

The Stick and Switch guards are printed individually and then CA glued together post printing. I couldn't find an effective way to print them as one unit while still maintaining maximum strength and minimizing waste with supports.

The whole set is included as its own file, but if you choose to print the parts individually, you'll have to mirror the stick and switch guards to get the opposite side. Print orientation is correct in the file named Set. You'll have to enable supports for the Switch guards and the Screen guard. I prefer to minimize supports, so I only support the horizontal bridges, I also prefer to use organic supports (see photos), but you do what works best for you.

Everything was printed at 0.15 in PLA with 20% Gyroid infill except for the cross bar on the Screen Guard. It was printed with 5 perimeters for strength (or 100% infill if you prefer to go that route). I'm not sure if that's absolutely necessary but that's just how I printed it.
