I made this new air filter assembly since the original required you to unscrew a bracket every time you wished to clean the filters and as you might imagine these things are often located in cellars or other dusty compartments and as such the filters need to be regularly cleaned. It became so annoying, especially since the access to the screws is not great either.
Print using PETG and use the filament to connect the joints and melt the ends of it to seal it in place. It's easy and convenient. This version uses 15 mm nonwoven fabric used in heat recovery ventilation. I'll upload a version for the original 5mm thick filter soon.
