I lost the little hooks/horns that hold the earbuds in your ear. My headset is a Promate LEAP-200H (hangs around your neck, 200hr play time). I had some TPU and a Prusa XL, so these happened.
The horns are designed to push fit onto an earbud with a 12.5mm ridge (½ inch in old money) but do be careful not to tear your silicone earbud teat thingy when you push it on.
I intended them to be installed with the point pointing forward and the flat side towards your head.
If you want to change the size, there is an OpenSCAD file attached. Your earbud attachment groove radius is called earpiece_rad, and the length of the horn is called curve_rad. It should be parametric for most sizes of earhole.
