The adhesive strips supplied with the product won't hold long enough. The model was designed to facilitate holding the pest strips to the garbage can lids.
The model uses a 8-32 x ½ inch Stainless Steel machine screw (if printed with a 0.6 mm nozzle; else a 10-32 x ½ inch SS machine screw with a 0.4 mm nozzle). The hole in the bottom of the holder is printed with a thread, so no need to force or tap the hole. Threads will be a bit tight - which is a good thing!
Print with 0.2 mm layers, PLA, No Supports Needed, 25% infill - Gyroid pattern, Outer/Inner wall ordering.
Purchase appropriate sized Stainless Steel machine screws at ½ inch long.
You will have to drill a hole into the lid of the trash can appropriately sized for the selected machine screw.
Inserting or removal of product from the holder will require some force as the fit is tight.
