Made some 1mm thick cards for tablet weaving. They are slightly flexible and does not snag the threads when turning as much as other printed cards I have tried.
One version has a center hole for easier handling or to secure them while warping the loom.
The other is without a hole for being able to number them.
Load the card and the ‘color’ file together as one object with multiple parts and change the color and settings as preferred. Or just open the 3mf-file and clone the cards there.
I do not use prime tower with these. Beauty vs print time.
Up to 9 cards fit on a Bambu P1P at one time. No brim needed.
Have not tried ironing yet.
