This is a full Electroplating Setup. It is usefull for art, printing circuit board and much more. This is designed in a box factor so you can pack it up and store it safely and quite easily.

The price for it inlcuding Copper Sulfate is about 27€ to 37€

List of Items you need to buy:
Ikea 365 10.6L Box (8€)
Bringsmart M4 55 mm DC-Gearmotor 6V 30RPM or lower (4.2€)
Copper Sulfate 1kg (15€)
Copper Sheets (I used a old copper rain gutter but if you buy sheets maybe 10€)

Other Items:
Broken USB-C kable (Free, unless you use a functioning one)
Two m4 Nuts
Copper wire
PETG Filament
Wire
Variable Power supply or a DC to DC Step-down converter
m3 Screws
Alligator Clips

Tools:
Soldering Iron
3D Printer

Step 1:
Print out all the parts with PETG and assemble it with the M3 Screws.

Step 2:
Cut the USB-C Cable 10cm away from the side on which you think it is broken. Afterwards solder it to the Motor. Now you can use the Motor with a USB-C Power supply. If you don't want that just ignore this step.

Step 3:
Insert the Motor into the assembly and solder a wire to the top of the motor housing. This wire works as the negative side.

Step 4:
Make in the Container a Copper Sulfate water solution and clip the Assembly onto it. Now insert the Copper Sheets and connect them via alligator clips to the positive Side of the Power supply. Connect the cable from the motor housing to the positive side. Adjust the Voltage to a level you like for example two Volts.

Step 5:
Wind the conductive part you want to cover with a piece of conductive copper wire. Connect it to the motor shaft with the help of the M4 Screws. Turn on the motor and let it get coated for as long as you want,

Step 6: Make you own adjustments to the solution or the voltage/amperage.
Keyword are, Hydrogen Peroxide and Current limit. For a full guide on electroplating watch a YT Video.
