Adjustable Vesamount V2 for Triplescreen

My second Version of adjustable Vesamounts which makes it much easier to set up several screens in relation to each other.

M5 heat inserts from CNC-Kitchen were inserted into the holes for adjustment. The holes for the screen are prepared for M4/M5, I strongly recommend using washers for these. The length is highly dependent on the screen used, please make sure you use the correct length! Screws that are too long can damage your screen, screws that are too short may not be able to withstand the load.

The parts mounted on the profile are attached with M8x25 screws. T-nuts are recommended instead of hammer nuts. I also recommend using washers because of the long slot.

The mount is designed for 90x45mm and 80x40mm profiles. If you are using the mount in conjunction with 80x40mm profiles, please use the additional spacer on the lower mount with an M8x35mm Bolt.

These Vesamounts are designed especially for Motionrigs where you need an rigid connection. Additional supports to minimize vibrations are recommended.

- 3x M8x25(2x M8x25 and 1x M8x35 with 80x40mm Profile)
- 3x M8 profile nuts
- 2x M8x50
- 1x M8x60
- 3x M8 Flangenut
- 5x M5x35 screws (set screws)
- 5x M5x5.8mm Heatinserts (CNC-Kitchen)
- 4x screws for mounting your screen

My printing parameters:
- 0.6mm nozzle
- 0.25 layer height
- 4 bottom solid layers
- 8 top solid layers(only for Baseplate necessary)
- 6Perimeters
- 25-30% infill
- Gyroid Infill
