This is a chassis guard to protect the chassis bathtub from collision against rocks, pebbles, kerbs and so on. This is particularly an issue when the front assembly is mounted in the highest (and default) position.
This part fits right in without any modification, and can remain in place if the front assembly is mounted lower. This may require the removal of the plate (A6) which normally fills the gap between the front lower chassis and the batchtub.
Required for use:
2x M4x35
2x M4 flange nut (like the ones used on the kit)
This will not fit cars using the medium or short wheelbase. This part may or may not be legal according to class rules. For medium wheelbase cars like the Porsche 956 use this part.
