It is critical that the drawer portions bottom layer prints with the print lines going the long length (instructions on how in PrusaSlicer in the photos. This makes sure that the outer sheath will run the opposite direction, as it is printed upright, won't make a screeching sounds while opening and closing.
I also added a small notch and bump system to help keep the drawer from opening too easily. If it bothers you just turn the outer sheath “upside down” and the bump will not interact with the inner drawer.
Print settings:
- PLA or PETG your call
- 0.2 layer height
- 100% infill
