Cloudwheel explorer 135 is a gamechanger for mobility in electric skateboarding. However for some reason the included pulleys with the wheels have only 42 teeth. This makes the skateboard get abysmal torque with the large wheel diameter of 135mm.
So I designed this 66 tooth pulley which is the absolute maximum possible toothcount for use with regular motor mounts for street boards (Tynee Ultra, Meepo Voyager etc).
You will need a 350 to 360mm belt. I'm using a 360mm belt but with an extra idler on one of the motor mount screws. This is because the large diameter of the 66t pulley makes the pinion wheel of the motor have a limited angular grip of the belt. The idler solves this problem.
I designed the pulley with separate wheel connectors to allow you to use polyurethane for the rim connectors for a quiet and smooth ride.
