Bullfrog M8 Spa Cover Strap Hook

This is a hook for the “back” of your spa so you can attach bungee cords to your spa cover and so the hook, which you attach to the bottom of the spa on the metal rails.  

Why do this?  Because the spa cover plastic buckles have to be unclipped before you open your spa, or they will pop off. So annoying! But if you instead use a bungee cord and these hooks, you don't have to do that anymore!  You can open and close the spa cover and never worry about the back.  It maintains a nice tight fit/seal when the cover is closed, thanks to the bungees.  

Install instructions:
1) Remove 2 metal rails
2) Install the printed insert into the bottom of the rail
3) Drill a small hole through the side of the metal and into the plastic
4) Install a small, short screw (one very small screw works well)
5) Reinstall the metal rails (I find a rubber mallet is very helpful here)
6) Install a proper length bungee with just enough stretch to keep the cover seated on the spa.

Note: This is the exact same way the strap buckles are attached to the top of these metal rails, so look at those for reference.

I print these PETG, 3 walls, 6 bottom layers, 3 top layers, and 30% infill, no supports.  You could go higher on the infill if you are worried about the screw having enough material to attach to.
