I wanted a basic housing to hold all the parts for my Meshtastic solar nodes. This is a basic pack that can be dropped into any enclosure. The RAK board does have its own built-in solar charge controller, but the one from Adafruit has a low-voltage cutoff, which better handles the low power draw from the RAK board.
