For holding IKEA Hoppvals pull down cellular blinds. Remixed from a very good design by @Splashdown_576581.

Added a notch on the outside upper edge, because our window surround has a small piece of trim along the top that was keeping Splashdown's design from going all the way into the surround where I wanted it.

I sized these holes for #6 flat head screws.

I printed ours from PETG, and they seem plenty strong.
