Edit 2: Added "Heroic Scale" versions for FDM which have the head, tongue, teeth and hands size increased a bit. I made a version without the claws as well to avoid issues there. Also the remesh that I applied merged the teeth together so they'll be more like a ridge like than individual spikes that fall out. This should help with printability for FDM. If there is interest in a higher res version like this for Resin I can re-export.
Edit: Added some make images - as shown for FDM it's best to print on its back as that limits supports. I printed this at 0.08mm on a 0.4mm nozzle with 30 degree thin tree supports (added the 3mf file from Orca Slicer - I've found using "reduce infill retraction" helps too if you have issues). For FDM the claws and teeth are really thin so you may end up with results like I have unless you use a 0.2mm nozzle and go to 0.04mm layer height. I also added a resin make - I got careless and rushed removing supports and took off a hand and then like I a dummy I lost it (I swear it was in the paper towel with the rest but the hand grew legs). Resin details came out really nice tho so I want to make a few more.Edit 2: Added "Heroic Scale" versions for FDM which have the head, tongue, teeth and hands size increased a bit. This model started out as a zombie that I had made via Rodin and I was hoping to play around with an auto-rig pro animation library but it wasn't working as expected and I lost in interest. I came back to it today and thought it would be a nice quick model but then turned into more playing around with rigging, particularly on the facial details (eyes, teeth, tongue etc..). As per usual most of my work was thickening parts, etching in details and posing, there was quite a bit that came out of the box with the AI and it's a lot better than it was before but there was still a lot of fine detail work that needed to be done (and the fingers / face were a mess as usual).
This is a medium creature so I have it set on a 25mm baseplate and 32mm in height. Given the claws and gap in the mouth I don't think this will print well on FDM but you can try - I would recommend avoiding supports in the mouth at all costs.
I'm on a quest to make 1000 dnd models in 2025 and you can join me on Thingiverse, Printables, Cults3d or see my weekly updates on Patreon here: https://www.patreon.com/c/Adamnant (as well as get codes for exclusive downloads on Cults3d). I'm focusing on models that don't seem to exist on Printables / Thingiverse and are listed in campaigns. If you have something that you need let me know and I can add it to my list.
