I like to use my stein in the octoberfest ‘off’ season for water and wanted something to protect the contents and allowed for easy access with a straw. The original fit perfectly. I removed some extra material and added an optional straw portal.
I printed using prusa slicer on 0.2 quality and 15% lightning fill which kept print time down and resulted in a light and mostly hollow lid.
