My eldest son has got into the Beyblade X scene, he's doing a 3 against 3 comp this weekend so made him a case for when he goes and thought I'd share.
Print settings I used:
- supports enabled
- 0.2mm layer height
- 0.4mm Nozzle
- 2 perimeters
- 15% infill
- Base printed right side up and lid printed upside-down
- PETG Prusament Galaxy black (PLA works fine as well)
It holds 3 Beyblades with 4 spare bits. I've tested this with the biggest ones he owns to make sure they also fit.
I saw some 3D printed cases at the last comp my son went to and I could see that people were struggling to take the Beyblades out the case as it was such a tight fit. In my design, you have the gaps for getting fingers in but also The case holds them pretty high up which makes it super easy to grab them out the case.
For the hinge I cleaned the pin hole with a 1.70mm drill bit and pushed a piece of filament in them to act as the pin.
