This is my OnStep SHC case for Ken Hunters PCB. I do recommend using PETG for it's flexibility so the battery tray tabs can bend and not crack. PLA will probably work, but PETG will work better.
This has a area for the LED to shine through. I used my MMU with Clear PETG for the window.
This has room for a 4AAA battery pack and one of the bodies has a square hole for a switch with mount hole:
