My wahoo element bolt started rattling inside the k-edge mount. So This is a redesign of the original blue k-edge insert, with a slightly tighter fit.
Printed in pc-abs mix with 0.15 mm layer height, 3 perimeters, and with supports. PETG would probably also be fine!
If anyone needs the original (non tigher fit) design, just let me know!
I'd love to see your makes and/or hear your feedback on the model!

Updated .3mf model to v7:
- now includes cylindrical modifiers to create more perimeters underneath screw heads.
- includes 3 perimeters for entire model.
