I bought the Zimaboard 2 after I was happy with my Zimaboard 1 and wanted it mounted to my rack.
Most of the design I found was only for a 10inch rack and not 19inch so why not try it myself.
I was happy with my base design so I tried so fit it to an 10inch standard with the option to combine 2 of them to an 19inch.
It should mount both the Zimaboard 1 and 2 because of mostly the same dimensions.
The ears work on both sides. They might be a bit on the lose side but a little glue and they won't move.
I haven't printed the cutout version of the base but I wanted to design it anyway because if someone wants or needs it, it's there.
I want to design a fan mount in the future to add active cooling to both the PCIe card and the Zimaboard.
I haven't found my solution yet for mounting the drives because I want to use the original cable and hopefully only use 1U space.
Print instructions
- Default Prusa profile 0.20mm
- Support is needed (I painted on the support where I knew my printer would fail)
- 2 perimeters
