I was having problems with the original trays. They would sag after they got warm. The originals I had printed in PLA after reading comment replies from the original author. I modified the design by adding reinforcements in various areas, while keeping channels open for air to move through. I also crudely removed the cable supports to cut down on print time.
I have printed the remixed trays in PETG-CF for increased stability. If this remix doesn't fix the problem, I'll make further adjustments and re-upload here.
For my latest prints, I printed with 100% infill in PETG-CF.
