It takes two M3 16mm screws to put it together (though you may be able to use the original C270 pin for the camera mount part) and slides onto the stock ender 3 frame.

You only need to print the Stem and Arm (The bracket STL is just an extra incase you want to use it for making other things).

Once mounted, the camera can turn left and right to get whatever you want in-frame. The vertical movement is restricted to one position that is level with the nozzle.

If you are looking for a webcam mount that fits on the right hand side of the printer, see this remix: https://www.printables.com/model/1430101-ender-3-dual-z-webcam-gantry-mount

Enjoy.

Update - June 17, 2019
I have added an adapter for mounting the Logitech C922x (and any other camera with a flat top). Without dissembling the C922x, there really isn't much to mount to so I just made the adapter surface flat and used 3m double sided tape to stick it on. The other side of the adapter mounts to the original arm in the same way the C270z did.

If you intend to use the c922x adapter, you may want to drop the Boom Arm about 6 or 7mm below the build surface when slicing to make the arm shorter. The adapter will add around that much length overall.
