This is a basic design for the Seed Studio NRF version of the XIAO. It is functional as it stands. Version 3 will move the switch higher to make attaching the screws easier. It will also have a slightly larger gap to allow the switch to seat better. I had to clip a bit of the wings off on each side to make the prototype fit. In version 3 I would also like to make it look a bit prettier, currently it is a very utilitarian design. The photos are from before I added the switch, I will try to update the photos next time I build one.
Materials:
Printed in PETG, no supports or brims
4 x M 3*16 screws to hold the case together
2 x M 2*4 screws to hold the switch in. (This is a pain and I will redesign in the next version)
