This aperture mask is designed to fit onto the mirror cell of the DBS 114 by Dave Aldrich:
It reduces the free mirror diameter from 114 mm to 110 mm to block out the outer parts of the mirror which are of low surface quality and responsible for unwanted diffraction patterns, see photos.
The model has very low tolerances so it can be press-fit onto the mirror cell without exerting force on the mirror. You may have to do a test print to exactly match you print of the mirror cell.
I highly recommend to paint the surfaces of the part with contact to the lightpath of the scope with anti-reflex paint.
