Tronxy X5SA bed relocation

I needed to move the bed forward quite a bit when changing to a vzbot gantry, so I designed these rod clamps to hold the upper rod ends. Clamping style allows for easy mounting without removing the rods from the frame completely.

• mounts to frame with M4 and t-nuts
• needs heat inserts and M3 bolts for rod clamping

Also very helpfull to get rid of the vertical axial screws, that hold the rods originally and tend to twist the frame if not shimmed correctly and/or cranked to tight …

I also included a lead screw spacer I needed for clearence of the linear rails carriage on the inside of the frame.

Included a STEP file … don't judge I'm only a hobbyist ;-)
