The outer shape is modelled from an original HP plotter pen and the inner recess fits the triplus nicely when printed in PLA on a P1S.
My design is a friction fit to the round tip of the plastic body as well as the triangular main body of the pen. See photo of pen tip with yellow arrows.
I've included a .step version if you need to tweak it too.
