Three models for this first iteration:

Panel Cover

Helps prevent water ingress. Use small spacers (e.g. the toothpicks) to rest on top and a suitable adhesive. (I used a polyutherane based product.)

Photos show the 8 button variant, there's also a 4 button variant available.

“C” Clips

The (polycarbonate?) push-button retaining clips become prone to cracking and breaking off after many years in service, these clips push in and lock everything into place.

Wall Box Screw Bracket

The “contractor” who made the original install used improperly sized wood screws to secure the panel to the wall box; this caused the top screw hole to break off during another maintenance operation. (Fermax's selection of an awful, brittle alloy for the wall box helped.)

This bracket uses an M4x8x6 threaded brass insert and M4 threads tapped in the plastic for the holes on the side - not enough clearance for inserts there.

Screws: use one M4x20 and two M4x6 BHCS.

You will need metal files, pliers, pry tools, possibly a hammer and small chisel to remove (whats left of) the hinge clips in order to have the room to install this. Wear eye protection.
