Compact 3D-printed case for a DIY stun-gun project, designed for neat assembly and reliable placement of standard components. The body provides dedicated openings for a rocker switch, a push button and a charging port, internal mounts for the 18650 battery and fixing points for two M5×25 screws with large washers and nuts. The TP4056 charging board is fixed in place with hot glue for a secure fit; wiring channels keep the internals tidy.
This is the first version — focused on strength, ease of assembly and clean appearance. Future revisions will make the case more compact, more ergonomic and even easier to hold while retaining structural reliability. The current layout balances internal space and external footprint to simplify component placement during assembly.
Included components used for this design: one 18650 battery, one rocker switch, one button, TP4056 charging module (hot-glued), a high-voltage converter, two M5×25 screws, two oversized washers, eight nuts and wiring.
Printing recommendations: print in PETG with 60% infill. Use tree supports for clean overhangs and orient the model with the base down. PETG provides good durability and minor flexibility for a snug fit of components; consider enabling a cooling fan at low power to improve detail on small features. Hole clearances are designed for standard metric hardware, but test fit small components before final assembly.
Assembly notes: secure the TP4056 module with hot glue as in the model; route wires through the provided channels and fasten the battery in its compartment before final tightening of the M5 screws and washers. Check polarity and insulation on all high-voltage connections; ensure secure mechanical fastening of the HV converter.
Safety & legal: intended only for users aged 21 and older and strictly for demonstration and educational purposes. The author and uploader are not responsible for misuse. Follow local laws and safety rules when handling high-voltage electronics and batteries. Use protective equipment and ensure the device is powered down and discharged during assembly and maintenance.
