I made this design using an old skateboard bearing I had. The bearings dimensions are Ø22 x Ø8 x 8mm.
To make it accessible for all printers and filaments I intended for the dowel to be scaled to suit your needs. Everything except the dowel can be printed without supports.
I also added rubber feet to the bottom so that it wouldn't slip. Happy knitting!
