This is a Storage Box for Sennheiser Sonite R Hearing Aides. The Sennheiser Sonite R that I have, came with a combined charger/storage box. But I wanted a separate storage box to bring along when I am not wearing them, for example when swimming, or riding my motorcycle.
The main enclosure is a print-in-place clamshell design, that has two positions to insert a 6x3mm magnet to aid closure of the box.
The insert is specifically designed for the Sennheiser Sonite R hearing aides, and also has two positions to place a 6x3mm magnet. These magnets will hold the aides in place and prevent them from falling out when the box is held upside down. This insert may work for other brands as well. If not, the .step file is provided to allow modification for other hearing aides.
The shell I printed in ABS, and the insert in PETG.
