A small tool to aid with installing new diffuser screens into Furick welding cups. Each file has been printed and tested to ensure fitment with both the tungsten and cup size.
Is is necessary to print one for each size? Probably not, but the option is there. When installing, put a tungsten through all of the pieces to line them up, and push down. Its a hassle free method of installing the diffuser screens.
Printed in PETG, (mostly, I ran out of colors) The tolerances aren't too small, but be careful when printing in filament that's prone to shrinkage.
Each size cup has a file for 1/16", 3/32", or 1/8" Tungsten:
Jazzy 10
Fupa 12
MooseKnucle 14
BBW 16
