I made this model to make sure the carbide tips of my trekking poles don't damage anything when I store Ithem at home or at the side of my pack. I added slots for either paracord or the straps of you pack.
I would recommend to print them from TPU for maximum toughness.
I personally used extrudr flex hard with a 0.4mm nozzle, 2 walls and 3 top/bottom layers.
If you use something softer than this shore D58 TPU you might want to add more walls.
The part was tested on the black diamond trail trekking poles.
Feel free to mod the attached step file if it doesn't fit your poles.
