I had no money for a new and expensive miter gauge, but just received an A1 with some playdoh looking filaments and decided to test what I've learned at college and from my woodworking career.
After a few iterations the gauge kind of works. Kind of, since I tried to design it using only 3d printing and some bolts I had laying around that I don't even know the type of.
I plan on adding more stuff to it, refining the details, making it more industrial design ish, maybe adding more layers to the planetary gear, printing the dial instead of 3d printing it, etc. Try it and let me know what can be improved.
