This TPU stem cap protector is designed to cover and seal the handlebar stem screw on your bike — keeping out dust, dirt, and water while giving your cockpit a clean, finished look.
Like my other TPU dust caps, it’s printed in flexible TPU, which makes it durable, easy to install, and perfectly snug. Simply press it into place — no tools required.
Ideal for MTB, gravel, and road bikes, this protector not only keeps your bolts clean but also helps prevent corrosion and ensures smoother maintenance.

Printing tips:
- Print one by one and slowly to avoid stringing.
- Don’t print too hot — 205 °C gave me the best results without bubbles.
- Clean the print bed with alcohol for better TPU adhesion.

- Supports: No only rim for better hold
- Resolution: first 0.32 second 0.16
- Infill: 100%
- Filament brand: Overture
- Filament color: black
- Filament material: TPU
- Temp: not to hot to avoid bubbles I used 205°c for best results
