Based on Japato110's design I added a support leg that clips over the top of the Z bearing part, otherwise the original dampeners tended to move down.
PETG at 15% with Organic supports and no brim. Only the overhang at the top needs supporting.
Prints in about 20 minutes.
Note there are left and right parts.
Clip the larger diameter part onto the smooth rod than rotate until the smaller diameter part clicks into place. Push the top support leg against the Z bearing part. It doesn't overhang by much but it's enough to prevent the dampener from slipping down the rods.
