For a research project we had to redesign the initial XIAO microscope we bought. So I replicated the mechanical parts I needed for this using FreeCad, added a tube lens and a better camera. This is still pretty much a work in progress!
Here you will be able to see some images I already collected with it (mostly blood smear using 100X oil objective lens).
