I made this because the original one broke after hitting some of those grand canyon sized pot holes. Everything's bigger in Texas Right!! Anyways, I'm not an engineer by any means but i just wanted something that worked. This is mounted on a 2016 ford edge with the dash center map draw. Pretty basic, arrange and print however you want. I printed all parts in PETG for obvious reasons. After printing, put the female screw end on, then glue the ball to the mount. I left the dock mount extension plain so you have the choice to glue or drill. I used m3 screws and heat inserts to attach mine. thought it looked cooler. Hope this helps someone out. Enjoy.
