Compact Travel Roller – Designed for Athletes on the Go
This portable recovery roller is built for athletes, therapists and anyone who needs effective muscle relief anywhere. At roughly half the size of a standard travel foam roller, it fits easily into a gym bag, backpack, or suitcase — without sacrificing performance.
In the center is a hidden storage compartment with a satisfying screw-on, snap-fit lid, perfect for holding small recovery tools, golf balls, small rolls of tape, or personal items. It locks securely with a tactile twist, combining functionality with a premium feel.
Featuring a narrow, ergonomic profile, this roller targets specific muscle groups like calves, quads, and glutes with precision. The compact PETG core provides firm, even pressure, while the lightweight, durable print makes it perfect for travel or daily use.
There is a 0.316mm tolerance in the screw on lid and a 0.1mm to connect the outer TPU layer to the middle PETG container, the TPU should slide on nice and snug. Printer error should be taken into account and model resized accordingly if issues on sizing occur.
I used 10% Gyroid infill on all 3 pieces and so far the durability has been superb and lightweight, feel free to adjust infill on the outer TPU layer to match your preferred hardness.
